-fix for mp8 smg reload mechanics (to better mimic the real gun and make it easier) -fix for smg audio components clipping into bg music as reported by feedback -added in first sniper, meshes, capture component, render target and logic to handle the scope. -collision fixes to apoc map as given by feedback -added sniper and sniper ammo to apoc spawn locations, lobby and sandbox
