Bug fix - Japanese version of the Game — MINISTRY OF TRUTH: 1984 Steam update #2545851

So yesterday there was a bug with the Japanese version of the game. I thought I fixed it. Well - only partially. Now it's fixed completely. Hope so. Sorry!
