Introducing the Makarov - Patch v0.19 — Down To One Steam update #256461

Hey Everyone, It's time for our second patch today, and a patch that we're very excited about. As well as adding the new Makarov pistol, this patch contains a whole bunch of critical fixes, changes, and improvements to Down To One - connection issues should no longer be an issue, we've stabilized our rounds system, and generally made some really exciting changes.
