We corrected the phenomenon where the slow level of the 'ice mine' invention was applied at 30% -> 70%. The 'Tower Shrink Device' challenge has been corrected, which was not included in the 'Challenger' achievement clear condition. Some icons also become smaller when playing 'Tower Shrinker' with a military drone. Corrected the summon pattern of Sector 3 boss that did not produce any particles and sounds.
