Hotfix 1.0.1: Day 1 fixes — 100FRIENDS Steam update #2633723

Thank you to everyone who has bought the game so far! I was up late last night grinding through some 100FRIENDS improvements. I updated the build with some early hotfixes to address the community's feedback so far. -Improved Chinese localization (this is an ongoing effort, if you see any weird translations let me know in discord! (https://discord.gg/Qctq8BMMvY)-Improved controller support-Made the recall whistle a more obvious part of the tutorial (There were complaints about not being able to end turn early, but that is what the recall whistle is for!)-Fixed achievements so they should be working now. -Slightly faster base game speed.
