Update 0.2.3 — The Backrooms: Reset Steam update #272382

* Added Level 24 "The Moon" and it's corresponding achievement. * Changed the way textures and sprites are displayed. (They looks more like late 90s textures now.) * Added 'Item Guide' on title screen. * Added 'Back' button to credits screen. (Previously the player had to hit the escape key to back out.)
