Update 0.14 - Co-op Survival Mode, Energy Shields, Murderbots, Ship Rebalance! — Smash Pixel Racing Steam update #273195

Hi everyone! The summer heat has slowed development a little, but 0.14 is finally ready! Here are the most significant updates: - Survival/Co-op Mode: Play alone or with friends and survive against the clock with ever increasing difficulty. Highscore is tracked, try to beat your best time alone or as a group! Versus modes are accessible through Party on the main menu. - Turrets: Security turrets/murderbots now spawn in all modes, they will repeatedly fire at the nearest player. Take them out before they take you out! - Energy Shield: Energy bar now protects the player in the form of a visible energy shield. It will deflect lasers and shield players from damage but use up some energy on contact. - Ship Stats: The energy capacity stat was giving an unfair advantage to Heavy class ships.
