Update 1.10 — Hail to the Rainbow Steam update #2769120

Hi everyone! Another technical update has been uploaded with some small changes and fixes for minor issues.The main change is that the rotation mechanics (nuts, winch, valve, etc.) should now work more consistently regardless of FPS.
