This patch.... 1. Fixes issues with the shop not registering items over 99. 2. Re-balances guest generation. 3. Makes it far less likely for the threat level to rise to RED withing the first 14 days. 4. Only the 'Hotel Toolbox' is now creatable on the toolbox quest 5. Loot glimmer made more visible.
