Patch notes 8/1/23 — Smack Studio Steam update #279033

This patch fixes a large number of bugs, including some issues introduced in the update on 7/30. We've done a pass on almost all bugs reported in our Discord, and we'll continue to knock them out- thank you to everyone who has helped report issues! Heads up for players with a Nvidia RTX 3080, 3090, or 4080 graphics card: the glitchy pixels issue reported below is still an issue for these graphic cards specifically.
