Verification fixes — "use a different verification factor" was a soft lock (skipping a factor just re-offered the same one); it now correctly counts toward the 3-strike lockout so you're never stuck. Callers with no account number were penalized more mood for the same verification work as callers who had one — that's balanced now. Correcting a caller's wrong account number credits it immediately instead of making you ask twice. Call flow fixes — the upsell offer no longer pitches a customer the plan they're already on. EXPLAIN and PROPOSE FIX now give genuinely different caller responses. Issuing a refund (or any CRM action) no longer repeats the full explanation if you already used EXPLAIN. Plan-change/renewal calls now have voice audio instead of dead silence.
