UI and Tequila incoming! — Day Of Pixel Steam update #292039

Hello today I have been working on the UI and HotBar and implementing the first consumable to the game "Tequila!" that's right the first drink will be the Devils water. It will give a couple things of health and at the moment the effects are being worked on and messed with as we speak! Should be out either today or tomorrow as the Drag feature is causing a crash so I cant push the update till its complete.
