This version corrects the screen resolution. In a recent patch to try and keep the game on the correct monitor an old bug was reintroduced where switching between windowed and fullscreen resulted in a loss of resolution. Continuing to switch would make the windowed mode smaller and smaller while fullscreen became more pixelated. While version 3.17 fixes this bug there may (again) be an issue with finding the correct monitor.
