Hotfix v.1.4.0.27939 — Abiotic Factor Steam update #296446

Greetings, celebratory scientists! We’ve released a hotfix that addresses a number of issues such as gear breaking when you died and Skinks forgetting they were full of useful goos. If you are getting a Fatal Error Crash, uninstall your mods. Mods are often the culprit of crashes, save data issues, or preventing Abiotic Factor from launching at all, especially following an update. While Abiotic Factor does not currently have official mod support, you’re always still free to mod, but use mods at your own risk. We offer no support or protection if you break your game or world saves with mods. If you are experiencing crashes or other issues and have any third-party mods installed (such as those found at NexusMods), please try uninstalling the mods before attempting to run the game again.
