HOTFIX patch (1.2.2) — Combat Tested Steam update #296485

Hello gamers, After some new reports from you, we have worked on some new fixes for you. So hereby version 1.2.2 with the following fixes: The player doesn't spawn upside down anymore; The combat music doesn't repeat while it is still playing; The combat music fades out in 3 seconds.
