Hotfix 4 — OPERATOR Steam update #297306

- Loadouts now persist between game sessions - Added console command to save and switch between loadouts (SetWeaponLoadout + number) This auto saves your kit to whatever loadout number you set it too. So if you do "SetWeaponLoadout 1" it will save to id 1. You can then switch to another loadout by typing in the command again with another id/number. It will kill you and respawn you with the kit you selected. - Weapon netcode optimisation - PVP spectating - Weapons not despawning between PVP and PVE rounds - Dropped mags not despawning between PVP and PVE rounds - Fixed jittery shadows - Weapons no longer get removed from loadout if dropped during pvp - Temp fix for p320x animation - Fixed magazines having double bullet models - Fixed weapon modding table FOV - Fixed freecam FOV
