The overall rating is the average of the three sub-ratings.The sub-ratings each control a specific category:Variety. Based on the store's item variety.Efficiency. Based on the store's staff efficiency.Decoration. Based on the store's decoration/cleanliness.In addition, you can now right-click on a customer to view what they are doing and their thoughts on the store.
