v0.72.3 - Baby storm accessory — Havendock Steam update #31289

This minor update adds a 'Baby Storm' accessory which was teased in the previous post. Minor issue: For the accessory to unlock for a new game in the main menu, a restart is required, but it is not necessary when unlocking it for older save files (which is the case most of the time). Although it was fun to let the game idle on the main menu and watch the settlers multiply to crazy numbers on a tiny dock, I've received reports that it made the main menu lag, so they're now capped at 50.
