Guild Loot Limit Changes — Aberoth Steam update #317202

- The guildlootlimit command has been changed so that each guild rank can have a different loot limit. - The command is now 'guildlootlimit X Y' where X is the guild rank number and Y is the number of items a guild member of that rank may take from the guild per Aberoth day. The setting of 'none' for Y disables the limit for that rank (not recommended). - The command 'guildlootlimit 3 20' would set the guild loot limit of rank 3 to 20 items. - The command 'guildlootlimit 4 0' would disable all guild item pickup for rank 4. - It is also possible to specify separate consumable and non-consumable pickup limits for each rank with the commands 'guildlootlimitc X Y' for consumables and 'guildlootlimitnc X Y' for non-consumables.
