Fix the models move up/down problem when locking models position — Desktop Magic Engine Steam update #31901

In the previous version of the tray icon right-click menu, the "lock models position" function only locked the left and right movement of the model, not locked the up and down movement, which caused the model to move forward and backward in some dances to become larger or smaller. This update fixes this issue. In addition, the model on some user's computers will slowly become smaller after a long period of time. Please check "Lock model position" in the tray icon right-click menu.
