Patch Notes 0.16.1 — SULFUR Steam update #319608

Thank you for all the bug reports! This patch should fix the most breaking things from yesterday.A note on rocketsOur intention with the changes to how the rockets work is to make it possible to modify their behaviour in more ways and to allow for more crazy builds. The old way totally ignored some stats, which made them less dynamic overall. We understand that if you have built a weapon around how some things didn’t work, this change may feel like a nerf initially. But the intention isn’t to nerf rockets, it is to allow for more interesting builds. The bullet speed modifiers weren't working properly in the last patch, which made it feel even more like a nerf.
