Update 0.2.9 — Flynguin Station Steam update #321547

Hello Penguins! We figured in order to keep better track of changes for our growing play-testers and for future players to learn more about the game, we'd start posting patch notes about changes to the game starting now. Today a new update will be pushed if all goes well and the game will be in version 0.2.9. Some of the changes are: Cape Friction is now affected by Cape Health. Cape will no longer take any damage if Fish Power-Up is active.
