Small update — Spheritis Steam update #322200

The Green Mode difficulty option was made availeble on accident last release. This game mode is not implemented yet and has been removed again. All changes included with this update: Implemented the king achievement. Added icons for several achievements that had an empty one. Added a motion blur effect toggle to the advanced graphics options. Removed the Green Mode difficulty option (This game mode is not implemented yet) Fixed player not being frozen properly during the exit animation when using the full focus camera option. Update: last release made sertain levels not load. Fixed some levels not loading caused by the previoes release. Potential fix for players submitting scores for the modular level while not in the final phase of the level.
