USC Games Expo Patch! — Keep Me Posted Steam update #32342

Hi Everyone! This patch is to ease up some difficulty settings ahead of USC Games Expo (Which is tomorrow! Come say hi!). In the future, this will be a toggleable "mom mode," where you can choose to play on the regular difficulty if you're more experienced or on this difficulty if you're more interested in the narrative, art, and music. For now, though, we're just over-riding the default settings. Don't worry! If you want to play on the regular difficulty level, it should be available again in a couple of weeks.
