Stopwatch graphic added for clearer indication of stance / direction changes — Boot Camp Fitness Steam update #324461

* Added a stopwatch graphic for clearer graphical indication of stance / direction changes. * Improved the exercise screen's UI panel with new graphics. I will keep on adding better UI graphics with each update, as requested by players. When I first made the graphics I used a UI graphics resource pack + Gamemaker's pixel graphics draw tools. Which would be okay for a retro pixel game, but not this game. This time I'm using Inkscape to make vector graphics from scratch which are a lot clearer. Still coding in the sprite speed control - it is about 50% done already, so not long now . . .
