Patch Note v.0833 — Rune Gate Steam update #331231

Change List: 1. Increase the rune reward count post battle, to improve the tempo of the game a little bit； 2. Tier 4 Draw Rune now costs 1; 3. We'll now tell you exactly what the runes embedded in the gear do; 4. You won't be forced to add two champions to battle post tutorial. Here are the bug fixes: 1. Fixed an issue where the right part of the ice realm is unclickable; 2. Fixed an issue where Accelerate Rune is not working properly, and it will now also triggered when applied to the target; 3.
