Minor UI bug patch — Monsters of Mican Steam update #336221

This patch fixed a few small problems with the UI, specifically the interaction window staying up when pressing a menu key (C, I, P, etc). Also this hopefully prevents duplicate menu windows from being created, which can lead to an annoying bug where no items or character info is displayed, despite it still being there in the background. One more thing, this update introduces a small bit of the seasonal festivities into Albright Outpost. You may see a bit of snow and possibly a bit more merriment. Perhaps these changes are paving the way for a bigger update in the future...
