Minor fixes, additional debug "cheat code" — Monsters of Mican Steam update #336231

Hi all, this patch is mostly due to the reports of temporary effects (i.e. buffs/debuffs from status conditions) being reported to stay on a character permanently. As this is clearly unintended, I've tried multiple times to add more safeguards to prevent it from happening. I've never been able to recreate the issue myself, but hopefully some more of the safeguards I just added will help- I did identify a few areas where an error could happen and patched those up, so hopefully you won't see these bugs again. However, if you have experienced this issue there is now a solution- the cheat vendor "Mister Sweets" now has a new cheat, activated by inputting ".devfix.ResetStats" (with both periods but no quotes). This should remove all temporary effects and conditions (not including unconsciousness/death/vaporization) and revert each characters' stat mods back to zero. After doing this you'll st...
