Fixed an issue where time would progress in certain scenes, such as the Room Editor, when it shouldn't have been. ( Quirk Added: Mute-Deaf ) The mute-deaf quirk will mute your islander and will cause quotations to appear around the dialogue they're currently speaking. Mute-Deaf islanders will also not react to their apartment doorbell ringing in the "becoming friends" friendship cutscene.
