Small Update — Armada Steam update #339679

It's been nearly a month since the last update, and I figured I should release something to remind players that the game isn't dead, just at a slow, misreable crawl. Updates - Flintlock now works properly, shooting at a more balanced rate. - Reduced number of public servers from three to one, to increase likelyhood of meeting other players I'll try to work on the game more frequently, but I encourage everyone to use the community to point out bugs or glitches that may occur so that I can fix them as quickly as I can. I still have future plans for the game, I've just been slow and lazy as to getting them out to the five of you that have played the game.
