New feature -Added Full scale/Keep ratio setting. System change -Clicking character no longer selects 'Hand'. Bugfix -Fixed bug that character upgrade blocks make sounds even when sound is off. -Fixed bug that texts were seriously broken in more than 16:9 monitor. sorry, long-monitorers. -Fixed bug that some upgrades that can be done repeatedly showed same costs until description window got refreshed. Update for 'bug that texts were seriously broken in more than 16:9 monitor', with screen settings added. Reason was my stupidity that erased my own code, thinking it does nothing. but I coded that half an year ago..
