Playtest update — Bugs with Afterburners Steam update #344764

Hello, intrepid turtle captains! Part of today's update is a UI improvement. In the list of bugs in the turtle view of the holomap, there have always been colors that indicate the bug's status - white or gray for standby or deployed, yellow for refitting, and red for dead. But we realized it may take a while to intuit what the colors mean or even realize that they're there, so we've added a tooltip.We've also done some balancing changes - mainly, the curve that determines enemy installation level has been steepened, so you will encounter more difficult foes sooner.
