Fixed gun control, cyber warrior stopping bug — The PenguinGame 2 -Lies of Penguin- Steam update #346583

Fixed a bug where you could not aim and fire if you picked up the gun without taking out the weapon. Fixed a bug where Cyber Warrior did not start phase 1.
