Version 1.0.4 [open_beta] — The Cyclist: Tactics Steam update #353915

As it turned out, the open beta version V1.0.3 did come with a new few bugs that we need to address before being able to merge this with the default branch. To make it a bit more than just a hotfix, we snuck in some nice quality of life / usability improvements into this little patch as well! Hey look! Now you can actually see who's selected vs. who's turn to move it is. The white outline is for the currently selected rider, the bright background one is up next in moving / reordering.
