Soft Lock Fix — Dverghold Steam update #356351

Fixed an edge case where character were with the healer but all other hired recruits are dead and the player has no money to buy moree. The characters that were with the healer counted as alive and therefore, no pity recruits were given. Now the character also gets pity recruits in that scenario.
