Game Update v39 — Terra Exodus Steam update #358295

Attention all Heirs! Today's update is the final pre early access launch patch, rolling together fixes for a lot of small issues (and some bigger ones). Tomorrow, September 25th, is finally Early Access release day! There are also a few important gameplay changes, specifically regarding the Command Center, Active Uplinks, and how Tier 3 Call Ins are handled. Call Ins and Shields will only get a free upgrade on an Active Uplink if the next Tier is unlocked. Additionally, Command Tables can only build Tier 1 and Tier 2 Operations, meaning Tier 3 can only be deployed on a successful Active Uplink. - Call In won't be deployed if the recall button is held - Active Uplink doesn't give a free tier upgrade until it is unlocked - Tier 3 Call Ins and Shields only possible by Active Uplinks - Tier 3 Call Ins will destroy shields on the side of impact - More plethora Grunts per wave, but they are ge...
