Bug Fixes & Balance Changes — Last Orders Steam update #358420

Changelog: - Fixed bug where players will sometimes infinitely create clone player avatars. What a strange thing to happen. - Fixed spectator camera incorrectly activating on last orders, even if you're still alive. - Cigarettes now smoke twice as fast (20 seconds to smoke if you hold E the whole time, 50 seconds if you don't inhale at all) - fixed camera achievement still being granted even if you're not the one holding the camera. - Fixed till always granting purchases, even if you lack the funds, because the player is confused and thinks they're an NPC. It was just a phase. - Adjusted UI scaling to make interfaces more readable across different resolutions. - Fixed game end render sometimes not correctly overriding the camera view. - Added slash commands for debugging purposes.
