All servers were stopped for patch fix installation * Cooldowns have been removed from all quests in the "Wanderer" questline and from artifacts used for the "Exchanger." These can now be submitted an unlimited number of times.* The NPC "Mysterious Huckster" now offers new exchanges: weapon and armor parts can be traded for exchange tokens.* Rating points for base captures and defenses have been reworked. Points are now awarded correctly and fully.* The OC-14 under-barrel grenade launcher is now integrated into the weapon.* Various minor bug fixes and localization improvements have been made.
