Gameplay Adjustments Reduced the recovery of Sawn Off 214M and 214H by 4 frames. Slightly increased the distance Sawn Off Standing L moves forward. Filled out the descriptions of every move in the move list. Added a setting to allow enabling or disabling the cel shader. Added icons to the character select that preview the currently selected alternate color. Adjusted the atmospheric perspective and fog color on each stage.
