Game Version 1.08 — EF Universe: Reclaiming the World Steam update #374897

The game has been updated to version 1.08. This version includes: Challenges. When you defeat an EFU+ boss with 35 or less card (high card challenge) or with 20 or less cards (low card challenge), you'll earn a challenge token. Challenge tokens can be used to buy powerful upgrades, such as rank experience +100%, sacrifice experience +100, prestige token rewards +100%, combat token rewards +100%, new card compound stat +1, and more. Challenges are unlocked after you defeat the EFU+ boss in region 6. If you've already defeated that boss, you'll need to go back and defeat it again.
