1.6.0a available on beta branch! — Keysight Steam update #396073

Hey folks! It's been a while! Keysight version 1.6.1 is very close to completion, but before working on the last piece of the puzzle I wanted to give public access to some important bugfixes through the beta branch. This is Windows-only for now, but the full 1.6.1 release will be out soon for both Windows and MacOS, with... *drumroll* native preset import/export to allow easy custom preset sharing!
