Hotfix - Version 1.2.1a — Keysight Steam update #396094

Quick emergency update for version 1.2.1a! The last update changed the order in which files were loaded, which broke texture dropdown display until "force reload" was used. Also fixed a couple other things, as follows: Changelog: Fixed texture dropdown menus not showing anything until manually reloading available textures, whoops! Fixed global texture displacement mode when time dilation is active Fixed turbo note testing notes from lasting a long time if spawned with low dilation and then speeding back up Changed midi player to not reset upon changing playback speed
