Game play improvements — Grimm's Folly Steam update #396107

The first tape has been moved from the library to the power room. This helps prevent tape dialogue from playing during the library cut scene as well as grouping related information together in a more fluid way. More improvements to the main shaft elevator to help prevent players from exiting the elevator prematurely.
