BALANCE CHANGES - rr021 Dockside Coercer has gained Unique. - rr168 Commodore Latimer has had his in crew and in play abilities switched. - rr191 The Tempest Queen now gives a maximum of +3 attack to pirate allies. SPECIAL NOTE - Some builds say v4.980 in the bottom right corner at launch but they are actually v4.981.
