Improvements and new mechanics — DEDA Steam update #399021

1. Grandfather's camp with a shovel: 10c on light, 7c on medium, 5c on hard. The player can endlessly spam his camp, cd only from animation ~1c. You can also use a shovel to kick objects with physics. 2. Deceleration from falling from 2.5m (from the roof of the toilet), slows down by 30%, lasts 3 seconds, visually the screen dims a little. 3. Fixed being on pause. 4. Fixed the board collider in the treehouse. 5. Added speed reduction to the player if he is holding heavy objects: Box 15% deceleration, bolt cutter 10%, canister 15%, shovel 15%, wheel 15%. 6. Updated the functionality of the screen settings.
