Patch Notes - b.4.3 — Exodus Borealis Steam update #399683

Added new research and building: Pulse Tower - An offensive tower used to fire a pulse out in all directions from the base of the tower. The pulse damages all targets in its area of effect range. Added new gem: Prismatic Gem - Applies all elemental effects on hit. These newly applied effects do not synergize or negate. If an element is already applied, when applying an additional hit of that element, it will impact with the same level of synergized power. Can only be obtained through gem offerings. Updated single elemental resistance to also be partially resistant to the neighboring elements. Added new casual difficulty level - The “casual” difficulty gives time to grow the colony at your own pace. Settlements start with an additional citizen, an additional kid and plenty of food.
