Release notes 0.91.4e/1: Tropical Storm tracks polishing, Players Leveling — Arizona Derby Steam update #401382

In order to enable smoother gameplay experience on Tropical Storm tracks, some deeper waters and shores are shallowed and made easier to play over them. Howdy ADrivers! Due to players feedback and fact that some players already reach over 300 wins, number of Player Levels are increased to 100, which is now maximum level (previously was 50) Adding looted Nitro from the Dropboxes increasing current nitro, not depleting it (like before) Fixing Sunray Lane and Sunbury Path tracks from Tropical Storm, had deep waters that preventing in some cases players to reach higher positions, so this waters was shallowed and it's much easier to go over it (previously strategies from players including moving out to the Adrone and different tries, up to 20) to un...
