Tinker Racers Update! — Tinker Racers Steam update #402243

This is a very important update because it's all based on community feedback: Player re-spawn on top of other players and objects improved; CPU cars health implemented; Player health is not affected by collision with other cars anymore; Balls on bedroom tracks are smaller, translucent, and don't affect player health before race starts; Visual cue for low health implemented (still needs tweaking).
