Update v1.16 — The Third Shift Steam update #403943

Hey Gang! Hope everyone's been enjoying the game! Not much has come across my desk these past two/three days, so I think its safe to say things are finally starting to come up green across the board. The first of the QOL roll out, stamina changes! -Doubled the speed at which stamina replenishes, and gave a little depending on which energy level the player is at. -Added a notification icon for when stamina replenishes over time. -Fixed a typo with Connie at the start -Blocked area in the legion exhibit of the bodies where players can wiggle behind a pillar -Fixed overlapping dialogue when picking up Schmitty's notebook.
