Update to version 0.8.700 — Miuratale Steam update #4078310

This update brings the Kelp Forest zone, the ability tree, blowfish enemy, and the seals. I have one more big update before the bug-fixing stage and the creation of the game's official demo. I have a pretty big list of things to fix and tweak, so that stage will be significant, bringing the game to it's final vision. A 2-3 hour vertical slice.I'm getting right back into it tomorrow. The demo will include all but 2 of the game's core features, missing only the elemental swapping and trident gems, which are introduced in the following chapter.Thank you everyone for your patience as always.
